Before you set the screen time settings, it is important that you set the passcode first. This way, your children would not change your settings without you knowing.

In your iPhone, go to “Settings”
In Settings, tap “Screen Time”
Scroll down and tap “Use Screen Time Passcode”
Select a four-digit Passcode
HOW TO BLOCK INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT
At the Screen Time settings, tap “Content & Privacy Restrictions”
In the “Content & Privacy Restrictions”, tap “Content Restrictions”
In the Content Restrictions, you can set restrictions on Podcast, Films, TV Programmes, apps and many others
Tap on all the section and set the restriction based on your parenting preference
You can set a content restriction for Films and TV programmes for category classification of U, PG-13 or 18 years above
You can also set a restriction on web content
HOW TO RESTRICT APPS ON IPHONE FOR YOUR KIDS
At the “Content & Privacy Restrictions”, tap at “Allowed Apps”
Choose which app you allow your kids to use. Push to Green button if you allow the app to be used by your children
HOW TO ENABLE LOCATION SHARING
At the “Content & Privacy Restrictions”, tap at “Location Services”
At the Location Services, tap at “Share My Location”
Enable the “Share My Location” by swiping the button to green
By enabling this function, you can track your children’s location
HOW TO ENABLE DOWNTIME ON IPHONE
At the “Screen Time” menu, tap at “Downtime”
Enable the Downtime
Tap at “Customise Days” and set the time duration you allow your children to use
