At “Messages”, tap at the Compose New Message icon above

Add the recipients from contacts there.
Add your group here by adding the recipients.
You can add more than one to form the group chat
Tap the “+” button each time you want to add a new recipient
Send your message to the group
Tap at the icon there to reveal a menu
Tap “I” for info
Type your Group Chat name there
Tap “Done” once finalized
Each time you want to send a message to that chat group, you can select the group based on the name you have given
Tap the “+” button to add the group as recipient and type the message and send.
