How do you let the person who found you be able to immediately call your emergency contact even if your phone is in lock mode? Fortunately, most phone already have this settings available. You only need to fill up your emergency contact in your phone and people who found you can call for medical help as well as immediately call your emergency contact so that they know what happens to you. So, how you enable this? If you are an iPhone user, here are the steps that you can do to enable this. Step 1 Open your iPhone and Find the ‘Health’ App. This app comes pre-install with the current iOS version. Step 2 If you never open the ‘Health’ app, you will need to fill some details in the Health App. After that, choose the ‘Medical ID’ section. This section represents your medical ID details such as your blood type, height and weight. In this Medical ID section also is the emergency contact numbers. Step 3 This is the most important step and that is to choose the contact numbers that you want to be put in the emergency contact details. This can be your spouse, siblings or also your parents. Make sure they also know they are listed as your emergency contact if anything happens to you. So, there you have it. You have officially put an emergency contact details in your iPhone. In the case of you are in an emergency situation, the person who finds your iPhone can access the emergency mode and can call the police or ambulance. In the Emergency mode also, they can access the ‘Medical ID’ that will show the emergency contact details. So, please immediately fill the Medical ID with the emergency contact details.
